I was a cheerleader for three years in High School, I was voted Most Talented by the Senior Class, I had been dancing since I was 8 years old. so why am i in soo much pain?? I will tell you why, first of all my trainer is the DEVIL!!! and he seems to think I am still 18 years old at the top of my game. I have gone to work out 4 times and each time I just feel more taired than the last. The eliptical is not my friend! I don't know what possesed me to run! I am not a runner. I will be meeting my trainer, Kyle, tommorrow at 9am. It will be be the initila weigh in and body measurements. We are being sponsored by Anytime Fitness www.anytimefitness.com this year for 6 weeks before the walk. A MILE IN MY SHOES 2011 is just around the corner and Aaron and I are ready to shed the pounds and hit the track for 6.2 miles. We will be posting our measurements as soon as we meet with out trainer for the first time maybe some time next week. The goal is to drop a size or two and maybe even lower our body fat %.
